Job Purpose:
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales volume for the designated region, handling current client relations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define a strategy to achieve sales target.
  • Conduct market research to identify and prioritize new business opportunities & customers for expansion.
  • Perform market analysis of key industry trends.
  • Participate in the research and development activities that involve building on company strengths. Identify and generate information needed to obtain a competitive position in the industry.
  • Ability to recognize viable (strategic and profitable) new business opportunities quickly and accurately.
  • Development of new clients as well as retaining them by offering better customer relationship and service.
  • Monitoring and handling day to day sales activity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be efficient as a team player.
  • Coordinating with Operations team for day to day operations and troubleshooting
  • Develop and proactively review and tune the team structure to meet/exceed business objective.
